Welcome to Transportation Compliance & Safety Group

About Us

Each TCSG consultant has spent a majority of their law enforcement career working within the commercial vehicle enforcement field. We have specialists in Compliance Reviews who lead out audit teams. Our instructors are training specialists that were or currently are USDOT FMCSA-NTC-Master Level Instructors certified in all areas of regulatory training. Our inspectors are CVSA North American Standard Certified Level One thru Level Six who specialize in performing simulated roadside inspections of vehicles, drivers, hazardous material (H-M) and load securement. Our commercial vehicle accident reconstruction specialists are either State or ACTAR certified.

Our goal is to test your entire program for deficiencies and offer solutions to alleviate the issues.

What We Do

Are you prepared for the enforcement community to walk into your business for a federal review?

Our experienced audit teams will perform simulated compliance reviews for those public and private organizations that operate CMV fleets. We also perform the new roadability reviews for Intermodal Equipment Providers (IEP's). Our goal is to review every aspect otyour operations for compliance with the appropriate USDOT-FMCSA and if applicable, PHMSA regulations. While on-site, our audit teams will provide their subject matter expertise if you choose to hold safety meetings focused on drivers, mechanics, loaders, dispatchers and management regulatory compliance. Typical topics are roadside inspections, driver hours of service (HOS), mechanic qualification and systematic maintenance of equipment, H-M shipping papers, and management responsibilities.

Once completed, the results of the review are shared on-site with the management team prior to their departure.

However, TCSG does not stop with just issuing a report. Our team will explain the deficiencies found during the audit and identify recommended

Simulated Compliance and Roadability Reviews

Is your company prepared?

With the implementation of the Compliance, Safety & Accountability Program (CSA), the

Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for the first time utilizes current, real time data captured at roadside by the almost 12,000 men and women whom perform the North American Standard roadside inspections of drivers, equipment and hazardous materials on a daily basis. This allows the FMCSA and their state partners to continually focus in on a carrier's operational performance.
